Bush - End of a Bad Dream

Many will wish to see him go. President Bush has not endeared himself to Americans and the world because of his preference for war over peace.
He is so passionate about his wars that he borrows from China and Japan to execute them. His tenure saw massive anti war demonstrations the world over, yet he remained unperturbed. His legacy could best be described as that of, 'sorrow, tears and blood,' (courtesy of Fela).
Bush's eight years is a disaster. It is an assault on democratic voices/rights of Americans. The leadership was arrogant, dictatorial and quite detached from their wishes and aspirations. In contrast, Obama told Americans in his victory speech that he will listen to them even if they disagree. Bush's arrogant politics has no space in America's political culture and this has helped changed the perceptions and direction of American politics. Without minimizing the political dexterity of Obama, Bush has significantly contributed to h
